This Privacy Policy describes what data the BangBank app ("App") collects, how it is used, and what rights users have regarding their data.

1. Data Controller

2. Data We Collect

When you sign in with Google or Apple:

• Name and email address from your Google or Apple ID profile.
• A unique user identifier assigned by the authentication provider (Firebase Authentication).

Deposit data (entered manually by you):

• Bank name, deposit amount, interest rate, opening and closing dates.
• Data is stored locally on your device and on a secured server for cross-device synchronization.

Analytics data (Amplitude):

• Anonymous UI interaction events (screen views, button taps).
• Contains no financial data and cannot be used to identify you personally.

3. Purpose of Processing

• Providing App functionality: deposit tracking and yield calculation.
• User identification for data storage and synchronization.
• Improving the App based on aggregated usage analytics.
• Responding to support requests.

4. Data Sharing

User data is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. The App uses the following services:

• Firebase Authentication (Google LLC) — user authentication. Firebase Privacy Policy.
• Amplitude — product analytics (anonymous events only). Amplitude Privacy Policy.

5. Storage and Security

Data is stored on servers in the European Union (Germany, Hetzner Online GmbH). All data transmission between your device and our servers is protected by TLS 1.3. Database access is restricted and password-protected.

6. Retention

Data is retained until you delete your account or submit a deletion request. After deletion, data is permanently destroyed within 30 days.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request information about the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Withdraw consent to data processing at any time.

8. Children

The App is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes to This Policy

Users will be notified through the App of any material changes to this policy. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this document.
